I havent seen my granddaughters since feb. they are under CYS care is there something I can do

I have doen everything they have ask me. Now I got to go through group meetings and evalution. I dont inderstand why they cant stay with me. They brought husband into this and he been going for almost six years. Its like I have to defend a dead man and dont know how to this can someone tell me what to or go about it. all i want to my grandaughters it not fair
