More details to this question:
My wife has not served me, I do not want a divorce. I do want to have a divorce attorney that I can go to, though, because she threatens divorce frequently. I'm scared because I have never been through anything like this. I want to make sure I'm protected in the event she does serve me with papers. That I have someone to turn to. We do not have children together, I do pay for everything. We share a property together and have started a business. The business hasn't been open for business to the public yet, so that is less of a concern. She made me sign a special warranty deed stating that the house would go to her in the event of a divorce. If I seek an attorney, I am wondering if I can seek my equal half of the house, even with the warranty deed in place, because I have paid for everything for at least the last 6 years. I'm also wondering how I can seek a divorce attorney for a free initial consultation, via email, as I do not drive and my wife is always here. She cannot know about it

Gather your documents and pay for a consultation with a Family Law Attorney in your state. An attorney would need to see what you signed to be able to comment on it.
