QUESTION

I need to divorce my abusive husband

Asked on Jun 12th, 2021 on Family Law - California
More details to this question:
My husband is emotionally verbally, and financially abusive. He has lately refused to pay our rent on purpose to spite me!!!. I have been paying for utilities, all other bills and a good portion of our food as I only receive $788.00 myself from social security. I am looking for a job to be able to pay the rent by myself. I prepare our meals and take extra care of him because he had a mild stroke. He does not tell me what he spends his small pensions and social security income on. However, He does spends some of his money on pot!! I am in serious danger of become homeless in July.
