I need to get my daughter n partner to remove the mess in my house so i can sell it

More details to this question:
They have not held up to their promos and i now have to sell the house. It is loaded with boxes. I have given them dates to do this 3 or 4 times, but they haven't complied. This time I said i would have someone remove the mess if they don't. I have been told I can't legally do this and they can sue me. Is this correct? Any suggestions on how to legally get them to do this?

Have they abandoned the house and personal property? If so, you can throw it out. If you want them to remove it themselves or pay for it to be removed, bring a claim at your local magistrate's office.
