I signed away my parental rights to my daughter 10 years ago in NY state, is there anyway to obtain them back?

More details to this question:
10 years ago I signed away my parental rights because the mother of my child and her ex husband were getting remarried, I thought at the time it was best to allow my daughter to live in a healthy atmosphere, she has since met me, loves me very much and has bonded with me. Is there anything I can do to obtain rights in any way, shape or form? At the time it was handled in the state of NY, currently all 4 (myself, her mother, my daughter and her adopted dad) of the involved reside in Pennsylvania.
If your parental rights were actually terminated, at least under PA law, you now have no legal right to see the child. Now, if you want to work out something with the mom and adoptive dad, that is possible.
