I suffer from bipolar disorder

More details to this question:
I suffer from bipolar disorder and have never posed a threat to my children or put them in harms way. My soon to be ex husband is trying to prove I can't take care of them. I work and take care of my special needs child does he have a case?

No one can really answer from this small amount of information. However, if you are receiving treatment, are on medications and have your condition under control then there should be no reason for him to be able to show you can't care for your children. Simply having a disorder is not a reason as long as your condition is being appropriately taken care of.
