I think my ex broke our divorce decree what can i do?

More details to this question:
Last year i asked my ex if she would like to keep our daughter an extra three weeks because i was going to have to work everyday of the week for that time period. We have a legal decree that says on even years i get to claim our daughter but she claimed my daughter because she had the extra time can she legally do this

If you have an agreement, you should follow that. She can't unilaterally change it but could argue you agreed to it.
3 extra weeks doesn’t sound like it is enough of a change to effect the agreement.
