I want a Divorce I was married in Michigan, but now live in Ohio. Should I go back to Michigan to file.

My name is Raymond Moton, I've been married for 5 years. I want a divorce from my Wife, we have no Children together. She lives here in Ohio with me but she never changed her name or anything else from Michigan. Should I file in Michigan, or I Ohio? I don't have a Lawyer and want to get this started. But I at least want to know what I'm up a against.

Raymond. You are required to file in Ohio since you live here. From what you say, neither of you live in Michigan and therefore Michigan is the wrong place to file.
