I want to get child support from my daughters father but I do not wish for him to see my daughter or for him to be allowed to get visitation days.

Im a single mom and ever since my daughter was born her father was never in the picture I’ve never blocked him on any social media or phone number. I’ve always talked to him about him being a part of our daughters life and he has always agreed but never once asked about her or has not even bothered to provide for her maybe just once and he only spent around $30 I also do not wish for my daughter be in danger since his ilegal in the USA and he Carrie’s fire arms with him and im unaware of what his doing here in the USA i don’t not want to jump into conclusions but I’m aware that it’s ilegal… I live in New Mexico and his currently residing in Texas
