More details to this question:
My boyfriend and I lived in CA we seperated and he moved to PA. I got custody of my 2 children, shortly after I moved to PA to work things out with him. They are not working out and I want to move back home but need time to find a home before I bring the kids. what do I do? where does jurisdiction for custody prevail?
You can give guardianship to someone in PA to watch your kids while you get established. Jurisdiction will be wherever the children have lived for the previous 6 months.
