i was divorced in 2001 and I have come to find out that my previous attorney did not complete/finalize a domestic order againsty my ex's carpenter's

annuity plan of which I am to get half (in my final divorce settlement) I found out by accident when I contacted the Carpentres Health & Welfare back in 2005. I have a copy of the draft order from the Carpenter's health & Welfare. I have tried to contact my previous attorney but have had not response. I need to get this domestic order completed. I need an attorney who can complete this for me ASAP.

You're right. You need an attorney. Go consult with one in your area who practices family law.
