More details to this question:
We separated in Jan 2015 when I took and order of protection for DV on her. I have since found that she was talking to this person way before that with both of them expressing their love for each other. During this whole time I thought we were working on our relationship. Now I just found out she has left to CA with this man without telling the kids or I she was going. There are a lot more details to the story. I would also like to sue for full custody and child support.
