More details to this question:
A child is in a kinship care home. They are left in the care of a grandmother who gets drunk, constantly yells at the child and kicks the child out of the home for crying as a result of being yelled at for various reasons. The child is afraid to tell the child advocate for fear of being in trouble by the kinship care giver. The child advocate notifies the kinship care giver first of any issues breaking the trust barrier between child and child advocate. Legally how can a new advocate be requested?
