More details to this question:
A group of family members and wives and girlfriends told dramatic stories against another family member in order to gain guardianship over a parent to gain control of the parents assets and the parent. This group tried previously to deem the parent incopetent and institutionalize the other family member who had POA but failed in their fraudulant attempts. They waited 6 years then sued the parent and the poa family member in a court proceeding asking for guardianship over theparent The Judge believed the group even though the parent and poa had witnesses and ruled to give the estate to one of the group,co-guardian to another member of the group &the now former poa. The judge deemed the parent incopetent going back to cover the years when the parent made their own estate plans and gifted some property now undoing a trust and a prior will. this court battle went on for two years. The judge wrote an order that will dismantle the life of the parent and former poa it will be appealed
Appealing the decision is likely your only option. You should consult an attorney who handles these types of cases. If you have proof of perjury, you can also contact your local District Attorney's office.
