Under "no fault" divorce law, the estate is divided equally or equitably, depending on the law in your state, regardless of fault or misconduct; in Wisconsin, the estate is divided equally regardless of fault; the only property exempt from presumed equal property division, is property acquired from a third party by gift or inheritance.
