If I was under a lot of medication and wasn’t aware of the terms of my divorce , can what was in the decree be contested?

My ex was paying me $1250.00 every 2 weeks and my daughter turned 21 and he called to tell me he was taking $150.00 off my alimony. I was fine with that& I was getting $1100.00 every two weeks since then (2012) .He texted me to tell me he only needs to pay $850.00 every 2 weeks ! I was shocked! All this time he’s paying $1100.00 every 2 weeks. I have to get a total knee replacement ASAP and have an appointment on the 24th. It is stated that I’m to get $850.00 every 2 weeks but I was under a lot of medication due to ptsd ect.... can I fight this?
