There are a number of factors that will likely be considered in this scenerio. First, is whether you are currently involved in a DCF case. If so, then DCF could possibly remove the baby as well if they believe the baby to be at risk. If there is no DCF case and no other issues arise at the birth then the baby should will not likely be removed.
