My grandfather said he was givin me this house I helped him build and long storie short his wife made it to where I can't even see him anymore but I have at least 5 people that my grandpa and his wife told they were giving me that house

Probably hard to enforce. most states have laws that require land sales to be in writing. he needs to put this in his will.
