When you are married for a second time why your second wife's income is counter for the child support of the kids from you previous marriage?

There are Child Support Guidelines in NJ.  Under those Guidelines, the amount of child support depends on several factors, including among other things each parent's income, which parent claims the children as a tax exemptions, parenting time, health insurance costs and day care costs for the children.    The income of your second wife should not be relevant.
