Is Divorce needed

More details to this question:
In 1995 I filed for legal Seperation in Canada, she is canadian and I am american, we were married in Florida in 1991 and have a son who was born in 1990. I paid child support till he was 18. She and I have not been together since 1992. Do I have to file for divorce?

Divorce is only "needed" if you would like to remarry.  Your Canadian separation should be recognized by the Arizona courts provided that the other party was given adequate notice in 1995 and Canada has jurisdiction (power) to legally separate the parties.
