Is getting child support in 2 different states illegal?

More details to this question:
My X wife was receiving child support from me while I. Lived in Texas. She moved to another State and filed filed there also saying she did not. Know where I was which was a lie. She received money From that state while they claimed that they were trying to locate me. She knew where I was I visited my kids all the time. Is this a Felony?

don't know the contents of your divorce agreement or the laws of the two states you are referring to but yes I would imagine what your ex is doing is illegal - having said that do you really want to cause your children's mother to be locked up and your children not have access to their mother?
