Asked on Aug 02nd, 2015 on Child Custody - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
My daughter is 23 months old, her father went to rehab half way across the country and was gone 20 months. He is back and wants visitation. He has never paid to take care of her, he has history of violence, drug use, domestic charges, and mental disorders. Will it be hard for me to keep full custody?

No, you should be able to keep primary custody, but the courts will allow father, even with a bad history, some sort of visitation. I would hire an attorney.
