I'm asking this question for my neices dad...my sister recently moved to Colorado and left her ten year old daughter here with us in Las Vegas..over the summer she went to go visit her mom and just found out recently that Alexia who is the ten year old will be staying down in Colorado.but not with her mom but with my cousin..this is not something the rest of the family feels is a good idea...alexias dad also lives in Las Vegas and feels that Alexia can live with him since she's not living with her mom.my question is how can he legally get Alexia to come back to Las Vegas to live with him..
