More details to this question:
My boyfriend was deported & has 3 kids that lived with him and myself his girlfriend for 2-3 years until he went to jail and then they moved with there bio mom and is it possible for him to still be able to get some type of custody or rights to see his kids? She says she gave custody to her brother, how amd what is needed to figure out?
