Is it possible I qualify for an annulment based on fraud or unsound mind?

More details to this question:
My husband and I were married 2 1/2 months ago. I discovered he had been cheating on me before the marriage and continuously afterwards. I found messages to his girlfriend where he stated he married me for money reasons and that he didn't actually want to be with me. He is also an alcoholic and is severely addicted to the prescription drug Norco (he has no prescription). Also, this woman he is seeing (has moved out of marital home and is now living with her). She is a drug addict (Meth) who does not have custody of her own children because of drug use. He has told me they have done Coke together and she is also addicted to the Norco. I told him the children would not be allowed around her as I believe she is unsafe. He argues that I have no grounds and no judge will ever award me sole custody. I am afraid for me young children to be around that. I also have saved messages from between those two discussing selling prescription drugs, if that could be useful.

The facts appear that you could prove a Nullity case on the grounds of fraud. You could request that the court order supervised visitation or restrict that the girlfriend stay away from the children.
