QUESTION

Is it valid evidence and is it relevant to child support hearing?

More details to this question:
I got on welfare two years ago when me and my sons father broke up. When you get on welfare, you automatically put the noncustodial parent on child support. Now that I am employed and off aid. He is currently in the process of trying to lower his child support payments but he owes about 2000 in back pay. He is angry that they want him to pay 560 dollars a month for back pay and current. He has continuously accused me of being on an escort website and told me that he is going to bring that up in the hearing and also take me for full custody. We currently do 50/50 every other week. To the point, where I believe he put pictures of me on the site to try and prove it. I checked the site and my pictures are on it, I don't know what to do. Will this be used as a factor? They have no way to prove it is because I have never done anything like that in my life. I am sure it could be used in custody, but even then, if it cant be proved, than is it still valid evidence?

Update Your Profile
In my opinion, you should: First contact that website, and asked them to delete your picture, ( get a confirmation)  Get an attorney to represent you, Try to file a criminal complaint against him with police, ( I believe it is illegal use of someone picture) (also get some sort of document) Go to hearing for child custody and explain it to the judge, with all the relevant evidence(the above documents). Usually your profession is not a concern for the judge, but if you had income at the time, you could have trouble with welfare, and also the judge for lying about your income.
