Losing parental rights based on the best interest of the child or because what? Why or how did you lose your parental rights? If you can not afford a private attorney you can contact the Family Court clerk and find out if they have a free court appointed attorney available. If they do, GREAT! If not you can contact local law school clinics and see if they can assist you. If that also doesn’t work out, you can contact my office and we can set you up with a Family Law Paralegal, but that would require you to represent yourself in court without an attorney. Aside from the options I have provided I don’t think there is anything else available. If you require additional information, feel free to contact my office and speak with a case manager at 877-866-8665 or email help@smsattorneys.com
