Is there a way to get DCS to close my CHINS case and stop the services all at once?

I just had my newborn daughter on September 6th of this year and two days after delivery child services was in my delivery room. They opened a CHINS case and ordered me to get employment and stable housing. Due to the father not complying he has a protective order against him. I have a mediation agreement set up for October 27th of this year to come to an agreement with DCS. My court appointed attorney has suggested I take the mediation instead of a trial. She has brought it to my attention the only way DCS will close the chins case is if I continue the services. I am doing everything they have asked of me. I was hoping that there is a way to get the chins case closed and stop the services all on the same day. I just want to have a happy healthy life with me and my daughter even if that means her father is not allowed to be a part of our lives.
