More details to this question:
I have joint custody with my kids' father and he is suppose to get them everyother weekend and pay child support well he doesn't do any of that what do I need to do to make sure tha if anything happens to me my kids will go to my father and he can take care of them because my father spends everday with my kids and he is the father figure in their life is there anything i can do to make sure their biological father doesn't get them
