More details to this question:
Well I my husband and now since I left him Dfc has got involved and place my kid with my cousin and I just had one on October 21st and they would not let him come home with me they said that they placed him with my cousin and that I have to be in court November the 13th at 9 a.m. and see what the judge says because of the case that I had involving my ex-husband with my daughter and I was the only one who was charged in that case even though we were married I have no money to be able to afford an attorney I am seeing if there is an attorney that is willing to do a pro bono

If you are dealing with a case involving the state where you have lost custody of one or more children, the court should appoint you an attorney.  If they have not done so, it would be and your interest to speak with the clerk, if that does not work at your next appearance you should request counsel.
