What if a husband and wife are arguing and they are the only two present and she calls the law lying saying he threw a knife at her they question him before reading him his rights and handcuffing he has Chronic Obstructing Breathing, asbestosis, Deminia,and first stage Alzheimer’s and they took him to him to jail without his oxygen and breathing meds. He told the officers that he needed them and they ignored him.

The police obviously believe the wife and arrested the husband. If they didn't take his meds with them to jail, he didn't die, he got out and was okay, then nothing will happen.
