I sent my daughter on vacation with my sister,she is in AZ I am in UT , & she filed for emergency custody, in AZ & the alleged allegations are false & no evidence has been shown, but she has custody of my baby its been 2 months & my child is now starting counseling. They legally kidnapped my child, and a judge and DCFS is making it legal. What do I do ,

It is very unfortunate that you have waited so long.
You need to either hire counsel in Arizona to fight the emergency jurisdiction, or maybe hire a Utah counsel to file an action here. The simpler course, on a jurisdictional basis, is probably fight the problem in Arizona.
