QUESTION

Legal separation vs. divorce.

More details to this question:
Wife has moved out, and I am unemployed. She has not payed the house payment for approx. 6 months ($4100 owed). I am and have been actively seeking work. Before she stopped paying the house payment she closed the joint account used to pay the bills, and then opened a checking & savings in her name, leaving me with no access to them. My biggest problem will be paying the bills, and would like to have temporary orders issued compelling her pay them and maintaining my current health insurance. I have 6 active prescriptions, that I take daily. When she opened the accounts I believe there were two deposits, $4500 into checking, $1000 into savings. She works full time making at least $11.50/hr and always works overtime if she can. She has been paying $500-$600/ month for the bills, food etc. since Jan. this year (maybe even less). Her net pay is likely between $1500 to $2000/month. She should have money assets of at least $10,000. On day she left I had no money and maybe 1 weeks food
