My daughter is a heroin addict. We live in New Jersey. Is there any way that I can petition the court to mandate her into rehab. She needs help desperately but won't admit it. Thank you.

talk to a local attorney. as i recall, NY, PA and NJ have similar comittment laws. you need to prove she is a danger to herself or others.
