Hi, My name is Paras Sharma, i am currently on H1B visa and work as a Software engineer in private company. I am really stresse right now with the situation going on in my personal life. I got married in March 2011 in India to Kanika Sharma. After 2 weeks of marriage my wife came to US with me on H4 Visa. After sometime of coming to USA, we have had small differences and arguments between us.Her parents have always been interfering in my personal life and asking for gifts for all the family members from her daughter saying that you are in USA buy your brother/sister some gifts. Recently we went to India together on vacation and due to her parents and family interference the situation had gone worst. As nothing is going right between the two of us due the interference of my in laws. I have decided to get divorced with our mutual understanding. So i came back to USA alone and my wife is still in INDIA at her parents place. Now, they have been threatning me that they will not leave me
