Marital Waste

More details to this question:
My wife had a business that was failing..so bad the house went into foreclosure 3 times used all retirement money...I begged her to close it ...we fought and fought till she decided to get rid of me .. now credit is bad, we lost retirement and we lost the house. Divorce is next week sometime. ISnt that considered Martial waste ?

I would say that a business failure probably does not constitute marital waste. Many new businesses fail; one would need to know what type of business it was, how long she was in business, why it failed, and why you decided to keep throwing money at it to keep it going. If her business venture was high risk and completely out in left field, it could arguably fall under marital waste.
