So me and my boyfriend want to get married but the problem is that is Id is expired.. Is that a problem?? He can't renew is license at the moment..

it should not be a problem. I cannot imagine that having a driver's license is in any way a prerequisite to getting a marriage license. Have him use his passport or Social Security card or some other form of identification. Good Luck.
