Missed visits and non payment of support

My wife and I have been aprat since 10-1-12 I have full time custody of the 4 minor children . Their mother was ordered to make visits 1 day a month and she has not complied at all . Last time she seen the kids was 2-1-13 . She will not make the visits at all I have records . She stopped paying CS after 2 months I have records . She has now tried to violate me in court stating it is my fault she left her job and that she no longer has a car . She has requested that I pay out of pocket to bring the children 2 hours 1 way to see her each week .stating it's not fair to expect her to travel to make the visit . She has also gone as far as to lie about the kids not being allowed to talk on the phone . And she is telling the judge that I refuse to return calls when I have no number to call her at .. She always calls from a private name / number . Can I have something done about this? I have done exactly as the courts have ordered to the letter .
