Modification of Child Support New York State

More details to this question:
My ex-wife wants more child support. Her basis is that I live with my daughter of whom I pay child support to and she "feels that I may have received a raise". My pay increase did not exceed 15%. Does she have a case?

Your question is a tad confusing because if you live with your daughter then why are you paying child support for her? Child support can be modified if there is a change in income by 15% or more, or every three years (as long as you did not opt out of the CSSA in your divorce agreement).
