I have a shared custody case. I want full custody bc the father hasn't been around in about 7 years. She has only seen him a handful of times. He never tries to see her or call her. Nothing. I feel i have a case of child abandonment. We only get child support bc Its automatically taken out. My daughter doesn't feel safe around him. I cannot afford an attorney.
