My daughter has left her husband. He is witholding their 6 yr old daughter from her. What rights does she have?

She filed for divorce today, he will not let her see her daughter. What can she do? they live in separate towns. Middleboro and Plymouth MA She is an alcoholic but not drinking,has completed treatment progams. She has NEVER put her daughter at risk. This is his reasoning,plus he's angry at her, using child as a pawn.
