My daughter is in brazil with her dad and now her dad is giving me a hard time getting her back here to the United States .

Hi my name is Evelyn Martins and I have a 4 yr old daughter. On April 16th,2013 she when to brazil for her summer vacation. Now 4 months later her father who lives in brazil is giving me a really hard time for bringing her back! I was suppose to go pick her up at the en of July so I could get her ready for her first day of school . Since then he won't answer his phone and when he does answer he says that his going to look in to it but never does! He need to finance her ticket so I send him 2000 dollars so he can pay for mine and finance her because it would've been easier that way. Now I don't know when his going to buy her ticket idk what he did with my money! Now school starts less then a month and I have no idea what to do!
