My husband committed bigamy. Are we still married?

I married about 3 years ago. After getting married I found out that my husband was still married to his 1st wife. We seperated and he divorced the 1st wife. His divorce is now final and we are working things out. We didnt get a divorce. We just separated. Are we still married?

Your marriage became legal once his divorce from his previous wife was final.
