So my husband and I together 5 years lived on off together 2007-2012 had daughter first 6 months I lived my moms then moved in with him that 2012 he not on birth certificate but literally he came my mom house 2-3 time day during pregnancy and all 6 months then he moved us in with him we officially married in 2014 fast forward 2020 my husband got green card and just disappear no call no anything bill turned off 2 day after he left I was a stay at home mom whole relationship and marriage per his request now he came back for 2 months to do taxes I didnโt realize that at the time then left again more month went but no word finally because of tax matter he called since has been transfer money to my bank from his to pay bills and stuff daughter need but hadnโt seen the child in almost a year which all this really has just tramatized both of us like he really is not the man I married but now he just stringing me along and Iโm tiered of it he has always been her sole provider what r my option?
