She is not breast feeding, I would like to be able to introduce him to my family and not spend the time I have with my son with the mother as well, we have not gone to court yet, am I automatically granted shared custody and do I have rights to see him on my own terms till we go to court or do I have to abide by her rules, we live in Massachusetts, does she have the right to not let me see him at all508
If there are no orders of the court, then you both have the legal right to have parenting time with the child. It is also important to always keep in consideration the best interests of the child when exercising your parenting time.
