My question is about child support

More details to this question:
I didnt sign my child''s birth cef..because i didnt make it to the hositpal in time i live 215 miles away from where the child was given birth at....I take care of the child and my child''s mom still wants tanif''s help so my question is with my name not being on the birth Cef..would i still have to pay that money back to tanif or would i have to take and dna test before they could do anything

The custodial parent/child support services can obtain a court order to compel the alleged biological father to take a DNA test in order to set up child support and obtain TANF reimbursement.  You should retain a family law attorney so that you are not ordered to overpay what is legally required.
