QUESTION

My rights

More details to this question:
My husband is a disabled veteran. He receives 3000.00 disability from VA and 1500.00 from Social Security. He has been dreamed mentally incompetent. He asked me to quit two jobs, which I did, to stay home and take care of him. He's been in rehabs 5 times and has had run INS with the law. Currently has a fudiciary paying his bills but not mine. We have been married 31 years. He has left me several times for as long as a year without warring. Now he has put my car in a shop to get fixed and refuses to get it back. My phone has been shut off and Mandy of my bills aren't being paid. He's very violent with me and I don't know my options. Can you please advise.
