Me wanting to do a over the counter DNA test. The results came back that he was the father. We got back together and then split up when the baby was about 4 months old. He then moved in with his sister. He wanted the baby on the weekends and i agreed. He waited two weeks after he moved in with his sister to start taking him. Since then he has picked him up except for two other weekends while living with the sister. We had a domestic relations appointment yesterday and his lawyer requested a paternity test be done. What my question is... is he going to be made to pay any child support?
