If the agreement was incorporated as part of a court order, which is likely, then you may proceed with collection efforts as with any other monetary judgment. Since it is a family law matter, you may also be able to be reimbursed for your attorney's fees in the process.
If it concerns alimony or child support, then you may be able to further file a petition for contempt. Often a contempt proceeding will carry the threat of jail time. This usually prompts the person to pay. As with the judgment, you may seek reimbursement of attorney's fees.
