name change question

More details to this question:
"I had my name as ReddiRani (First) Barinepalle (Last). After citizenship, I changed to Rani (First), Redy (Middle), Barinepalle (last). Now, I would like to change back to ReddiRani (First) Barinepalle (Last) legally. What should I do

You need to submit a name change application to the court if you want to legally change your name.  You can always use what ever first name you want, but your legal documents (driver's license, ID card, health insurance, etc. ) will always be in your legal name.
